Two Immediate Care Locations

May 2005 — Introduced Immediate Care at the Lombard Health Center

Since opening its doors, Immediate Care at the Lombard Health Center has been about creating the ideal patient experience. It's not an Emergency Department, but you will still find board-certified emergency physicians, specially trained nurses and experienced technicians.

You will be cared for in comfortable private rooms and will typically experience visits that last less than an hour. As an added convenience, we're open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day except holidays, when we're open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

June 2008 — Opened Second Immediate Care location at the Center for Health

Building on the success of our first Immediate Care site at the Lombard Health Center, we've replicated the experience at the Center for Health. You'll find the same board-certified emergency physicians, specially trained nurses and experienced technicians treating your minor – but urgent – illnesses and injuries in a calm, quiet atmosphere.

Just as in Lombard, visits typically last less than an hour and we have the same convenient hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day except holidays, when we're open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare Network

This site is part of the Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare network of Web sites, which covers a variety of topics using the same philosophy: When it comes to medical care, we know that you have a lot of options. And we want you to know that you’re more than a patient to us. You’re an individual. We would appreciate the opportunity to provide you with state-of-the-art medical care and down-to-earth, personalized attention.
