Faster recovery time, less pain and the same – if not better – results. Sound too good to be true? It isn't.
The concept of minimally invasive spine surgery is simple: make a smaller incision. Traditional spine surgery requires a large incision to strip muscle away from the bone, which can cause painful spasms and slow down recovery. With minimally invasive surgery, there is some pain, but it is significantly less, and mobility is greatly improved.
